The bodybyamid field trips are a fitness and wellness journey that will help you center, reset and ground yourself in a group setting while immersed within the local culture.
Together, we will explore personal transformation and find your purpose through various fitness routines, such as:
- HIIT workouts
- resistance & functional training
- balance work
- other miscellaneous routines to keep you fresh & at the top of your fitness game
The field trips will also incorporate activities throughout the day to experience the local culture and scenery... activities may include:
- visits to a sacred temple, rice terraces, waterfalls, and other local gems
- dinners at local favorite eateries, including any cultural rituals to accompany the meals
- and various other explorations of the area, which YOU can help determine!

Participation in field trips are limited by invitation based upon a highly selective process. (the selection process is conducted to ensure a high quality trip for all participants.)
